Terms of Service

Effective 2026-08-10 · Version 1.1 · AIO.GEO

Plain language. These pages explain how we operate and the limits of our tools. They protect both customers and the company. They are not legal advice for your jurisdiction.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you," "Customer," or "User") and the operator of AIO.GEO ("AIO.GEO," "we," "us," or "Company") governing access to and use of our websites, applications, APIs, command-line tools, MCP servers, documentation, reports, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, running an audit, installing our software, paying a fee, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

What does AIO.GEO provide?

AIO.GEO provides AI Search Readiness measurement and related tooling: structural crawls, readiness scores against a versioned methodology (for example geo-heuristic-v3.5), findings, fix-pack suggestions, dry-run remediation previews, optional re-scores, operator CLI/MCP interfaces, agency reporting surfaces, and optional cryptographic proof receipts when sufficient data exists.

We do not sell, guarantee, or represent LLM rankings, ChatGPT positions, citation guarantees, traffic guarantees, or revenue outcomes. The readiness score (S_Readiness) describes structural accessibility, schema integrity, and machine readability under our published method, not an engine's private ranking system.

Who may use the Services?

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and must not use the Services if prohibited by applicable law, export controls, or sanctions. You must not use the Services to target systems you do not own or lack authorization to assess. Agency customers remain responsible for lawful client authorization before auditing third-party domains.

Accounts, access, and API keys

You are responsible for credentials, API keys, workspace seats, and activity under your account.

  • We may suspend or revoke access for abuse, non-payment, security risk, legal risk, or Terms violations.
  • We may rate-limit, queue, or change free-tier capacity at any time.
  • You must keep secrets confidential and must not share keys publicly.

Plans, fees, and taxes

Paid plans, usage-based probes, and add-ons are billed as described at purchase or in an order form. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable amounts, taxes, and overages. We may change prices with notice for the next billing cycle.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scan or attack systems without authorization; bypass authentication, SSRF protections, rate limits, or security controls.
  • Distribute malware, phishing, spam, or unlawful content via the Services.
  • Misrepresent scores as official rankings from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, or any third party.
  • Resell raw output in a way that conceals methodology limits or invents ranking claims.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape at abusive volume, or interfere with Service integrity except as allowed by law.
  • Upload unlawful personal data or content you lack rights to process.

Customer content and websites you submit

You retain rights in domains, HTML, credentials, and materials you submit ("Customer Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and create derivative technical artifacts (scores, diffs, logs, operational embeddings) solely to provide and improve the Services, prevent abuse, and comply with law. You represent you have rights and permissions for any site you ask us to crawl or remediate workflows against.

Remediation, dry-run defaults, and third-party systems

Dry-run is the default. Suggested patches are recommendations. Live writes to GitHub, CMS platforms, hosting, DNS, or other third-party systems require your explicit action and your credentials. You are solely responsible for reviewing diffs, backups, rollbacks, staging, and production impact. We are not responsible for downtime, content errors, or third-party API failures arising from applied changes.

What are HMAC proof seals and Merkle records?

When enabled with a production proof secret, cryptographic HMAC-SHA256 seals bind experiment identifiers, domains, score deltas, and timestamps so third parties can verify integrity of a recorded before-and-after window. Merkle-style ledgers (when used) link sequential blocks for tamper-evident audit trails. Seals prove integrity of our recorded structural experiment data. They do not prove LLM rankings, traffic, or revenue. Verification fails closed if signatures do not match.

Enterprise monitoring, drift, and service levels

Enterprise and agency plans may include structural drift monitoring (baseline versus current readiness), digests, and operator tooling. Availability, rate limits, and support response targets may be defined in an order form or SLA schedule. Absent a written SLA, Services are provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. Continuous monitoring depends on configured fuel (database, keys, and crawl budgets). We may throttle APIs to protect platform stability.

Beta, experimental, and demo features

Features labeled demo, sandbox, beta, experimental, or synthetic may use simulated or partial data. They are provided as-is for evaluation and may be inaccurate or withdrawn without notice.

Third-party services

The Services may interoperate with third parties (payment processors, cloud hosts, LLM/search APIs, GitHub, email, analytics). Their terms and privacy policies govern their processing. We do not control third-party availability, pricing, or model outputs.

Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Services, software, methodology names, brand, UI, documentation, and aggregated non-identifying insights. Operator packages may be distributed under MIT or other open licenses as stated in package metadata. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the brand or commercial product. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation.

Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SCORES, FIXES, PROBES, OR PROOFS ARE ERROR-FREE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY REGULATORY FILING. AI SYSTEMS CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIO.GEO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify AIO.GEO against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your Customer Content, your domains, your unauthorized scanning, your misuse of scores or marketing claims, your violation of law or these Terms, or disputes between you and your clients.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for risk, abuse, or breach. Provisions that should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.

Changes

We may modify the Services and these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Courts located in Los Angeles County, California shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction. YOU AND WE WAIVE JURY TRIAL TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
